Those 10,657,217 shares made up 91% of the post-reverse split float (11,684,438 shares). Selling those shares at an average price of $.50/share would make Christopher Davies over $5,000,000.

I wonder how little Christopher Davies had to pay for those 10,657,217 shares. I know the usual deal in these Adam Tracy shells is for $.001/share or $.0001/share so even split adjusted there is no doubt those shares came at way way way way below the market price. No surprise that the LOTE filings fail to disclose the cost of those shares. Davies is no doubt making a killing off this recent pump&dump action on LOTE - probably enough to make up for all the other shell hijacking failures (to date) that we know that definitely involved Christopher Davies as a silent partner like GOFF and RMGX. I wonder if any of the money Christopher Davies is making dumping his LOTE stock is getting shared with Adam Tracy.


Just a reminder what happened to Christopher Davies' last big post-reverse split pump&dump, ATHI. It got suspended by the SEC mid-promo.
