you would think the dtcc would have no problem handing these shares out to anyone asking for their 106's after all they have been covered - less 80 million shares



My Math was off, it's 60 million.

...but the DTC was doing everything to not come up with the difference. Hence, serve them demanding proof of the difference.

That in turn would help expose some post lock legal issues.
