Great post and you're in good company with a lot of people thiniing the same things. Whether or not the company was trying to legitimately build something, they gave very poor guidance to investors and strung people along with stories to continue to have them invest and hold despite growing evidence things weren't going well. Unfortunately the pump on this came from an opportunity when pot stocks were rising and an insider apparently giving info to people to pump it after frontloading and then their friends spent their time threatening those who caught on to what was going on. Would be nice to know how all that G&A got spent by Vanis, Messina and company while decent, honest working people at Avanzar lost their jobs and investors even gave direct funds that are locked up thanks to the lack of filing and Vanis' silence for almost a year. That last letter is sad to look back on, as everything was blamed on everyone else and they've done nothing to rectify it.
