No what is obvious that a 2 tier market completes orders at the broker as well as those completed at the broker dealer level. Broker level has no impact on broker dealer reported orders on L2, many have figured this out a long time ago. But it is truly interesting reading the incorrect and misleading dialogue about "bypassing".
