Do you mean they have 2 of 3 items........

needed for a recovery permit on one of their CURRENT sites (Area 2)?

Or an "alleged" Facebook private message was actually a post on the SFRX board?

Or they have all the permits they need in place? I was under the impression the recovery permit for Area 1 was forthcoming. If they already have it.......that would certainly qualify as a material event as it would be an 80/20 split. Was it announced?
