I think there is only one live action movie, "Shockwave Darkside", that would revert. I'm not sure about "Journey to Magika".

I guess REDG owns the (garbage) IP that was bought from Campiti.

But, I'm not sure about the ownership of "Wayward Sons" or any other IP written by Benny Powell, or the stuff from the GSL books. Benny never signed a contract with REDG. Most contracts would specify IP ownership.

It looks like half ownership (if REDG still owns half) of the PowFolio app is the most valuable asset. Without knowing how much revenue it generates, it's hard to put a value on it. It can't be much revenue, if REDG couldn't pay its bills.
