I said this in my very first post on this board, when we were at 75 cents!

"This is a short on ANY strength! Pink sheet investors rarely understand debt! Eventually debt will choke this POS!" -- 08/30/2015

And what happened? I called it perfectly! Debt resulted in bankruptcy!

Due diligence 101. No tricks, no "criminal activity", no freaking scapegoats, just simple beyond heavy debt that no one on the planet would touch or refinance! This was beyond plain to see! Shareholders who looked the other way were treated to a rude awakening by the market! The market teaches expensive lessons! 75 cents has become 10!
