Cynviloq they should have filled a NDA but it never happened, seems odd but I did read they were in talks with FDA on how to proceed, no mention of NDA of that drug in the 10q seems a little odd. They should be putting in for the NDA for the CRL they got last year will be a 6 month review, imo they have about 90% of approval. I do not like the SP action as we are churning a lot of shares with a small float RGLS done the same and then bounced back hard after a few day, we will see, I like the pipe line and it is trading under cash with a offering done.
