I agree, the invoices from both David's company (Glass House Graphics) and Keenspot look suspect. Some of the invoices are for work done more than two years ago and both companies exchanged debt for preferred shares about a year ago.

I don't know if David will actually go to jail, though (maybe he will turn states evidence against Benny).
