My bests guess is the bankruptcy court is the one placing a hold on us.

From the filings I read the court has documents showing that LTC has been money laundering our intellectual property revenue. A few companies have been trying to claim they are entitled to our patented intellectual property, but the court has dismissed their claims.

I find it interesting that everyone of them want to get control over our intellectual property.

"TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIMS 47, 53 AND 55-57 FILED BY INVENTA (LUXEMBOURG) SA ON BEHALF OF INVENTA LTD Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 502 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3007, Janet M. Meiburger, Chapter 7 Trustee, by counsel, hereby files this Objection (the “Objection”) to Claim Nos. 47, 53 and 55-57 filed by Inventa (Luxembourg) SA on behalf of Inventa Ltd.

In support of this Objection, the Trustee states as follows:

1. On December 5, 2014 (the “Petition Date”), Lithium Technology Corporation (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The case was converted to Chapter 7 on June 12, 2015 (the “Conversion Date”). Ms. Meiburger was appointed Chapter 7 Trustee by order entered on June 12, 2015 (Docket No. 184).

2. This Objection relates to claims filed by the Inventa (Luxembourg) SA (“Inventa SA”) on behalf of Inventa Ltd. The claims included in this Objection are referred to collectively here in as “Claims” and the entities on whose behalf the Claims were filed are referred to as the “Claimants”.
