Major dilution.
I see that the most recent filing lists financing instruments that allow for major dilution. More than the current issues and out! Does this not concern anyone? The notes allow for conversions of nearly 10,000,000 additional shares. That's a 300% dilution on the existing outstanding shares. Major red flag.
