How'd your co-worker hear about it? It's rare for a stock to have so many red flags and such bad numbers. I've been sharing RNVA's story with a friend who's studying to become a CPA.

RNVA needs public financing via stock because it's unlikely a bank would loan to this mess of a company.

One other thing. I never buy low-tier NASDAQ stocks many of which are as risky or scammy as unlisted stocks. Mostly I stick with the NYSE. There's a huge difference in the quality of high-tier NASDAQs, like Apple, and the lowest stuff. In RNVA's case, it probably won't remain on the NASDAQ long, in any event.
