You should read what I said again. I did NOT leave out that they need to rectify the deficiency. The point is that you like to pretend they have to do something drastic by September. That is simply not true. The second 180 day "cure" period is a very common occurrence. You earlier posted..."...you have until September before they have to worry about delisting..." THAT IS NOT TRUE! They have until March 2018 before, to use your words "they have to worry about delisting". During the "cure" period some companies do a r/s, others complete their trials and announce good results, and yet others partner.

But you should know this. Certainly Sabby does and they invested $3.25 million in HTBX just last month!
