.....I might just go ahead and sell a few hundred thousand uwbi shares..........if I can get a couple of bucks per..........why not dump sum.......?????........just in case....................

.....SEC is lying when it sends a written statement that uwbi cannot be transferred................................"blocked"...........fidelity says 'locked'...........................F/-em........I'm selling........and the decision on whether or not a registered, but unlisted stock can be transferred, or not be transferred is made by the 'issuer'...........the company itself...................whatever the F/- that is........sounds creepy.......................larry, who are we......?????.........what are we..........?????..................
