Had this on my watchlist but missed the initial volume last week, didn't really notice until yesterdays 90K volume caught my attention, you don't normally see that on new trading tickers, especially with no PR's released.

Granted some may have bought on the 8K change of control filing but it was more then likely insiders IMO, I'd be willing to bet Sherman has big plans for this shell.

Should know more details as more filings come out, also I'll be watching for the name change, which will prob happen soon, that will definitely give us a better idea.
