Not quite, as I said earlier you can not just move any asset base out of a company even if you hold a majority of the shares, the ceo and the cfo are both officers in the company

Press release is coming as soon as possible. I suspect there will be additions to the board of directors and possibly investors protection rights added to the corporate docs to protect investors from future attacts

A media nightmare for sure but the company is moving forward with testing verification
