.....FDIC's fight over the ITR is whether or not the Tax Allocation Agreement INCLUDES or EXCLUDES the bank from the law of agency, imo......
.....a technicality, but the TAA excludes the bank as a subsidiary - - within the TAA, only, imo.........but not as a sub for tax pass-through purposes.........
....aside from the FDIC trying to weasel an un-related decision on this TAA/agency matter................the IRS sent THREE income tax refund checks to the bank holding company, uwbi............the FDIC should go after the IRS (good luck with that)..........BS and the FDIC are having a girlie girl slap fight on our dime......and its costing us 6 months of pain and agony.........Carlo Rossi 4-liter wine jugs don't grow on trees....................
