The ones that damaged this company are primarily the ones who managed it so poorly and secondarily the ones that did nothing while it was happening. As long as that train wreck was and is happening, this company had no chance of going anywhere and it didn't. It is way past time to admit that fact and try something different. Sticking with the status quo and blaming others hasn't worked in the past and it won't work now either. Anyone who can't see the real problem here doesn't want to see it. Pointing out and reiterating the obvious real problems here has never been the problem. It has been the excuse for failure. And it continues.
