Yes, but you seem to be leaving out that in the second "cure" they need to rectify the deficiency, i.e., RS, like virtually every other Nasdaq, and move down a tier within Nasdaq during the second "cure" after they failed for more than the first 6 months to meet listing requirements. Plus, no guarantee the second cure is allowed. No need to quote if you don't care to explain or understand the actual process...look for AVEO for comparison, or, any ticker failing to meet listing requirements for an excessive period of time...bottom line, company currently failing to meet minimum expectations...
