Seems like a broker may need
access to piggyback off an
accredited investor to try
make a trade in grey sheets...
So most only bother to try
and facilitate closing trades
for downlisted companies...
Grey sheet companies are more
generally watched by those
looking at fallen hope than
to risk valuable cash...LJ
