My concern with the converts is the 20 day look back to figure the discount. I don't think they'll ever let it breathe long enough to get going cause they won't want the average price higher... course, I guess they don't really care as long as they get their 40% (or so) discount per share they may not care what the price is... and, since they don't keep any shares they probably don't care about the amount of shares they get either...

So, maybe nvm, maybe timing doesn't matter that much...
