Why has Barrick never been able to get the Injunction C1912-2001 lifted after their many attempts over the years?

Now we have Luksic and company involved perhaps in court manipulations.
Chile had been low on the corruption scale but the last few years they have joined the masses in South America in "constructive repositioning"!

Treason now that is serious.Creating a tax free country on the Argentina border with false representations,that is treasonous!
