You make a good point. As a large shareholder he would want the deal to do well.

But...

I'm sure this charge will put limitations on his ability to sell. Yes he had his shares spread out but read the indictment. He wasn't declaring his control position. Therefore he won't be able to sell all his shares, so what is his incentive to promote this deal?

If he can't promote deal, the risk is the deal gets moved out of Bicb. The longer the board takes to put out a nr, the greater the likely hood of that is.
