Comprehensive ONCI info, and important DD on why it's so undervalued. We'll look at the FMS app first, then dive into the share reduction and MJ.

First, lets look at todays (4-19-17) news and the FMS app. Our CEO Steve Berman just got back from Asia where ONCI was selected as 1 of 5 Vendor Finalists to present the FMS Drive Safe App to 2 leading Asian auto manufactures with Headquarters in South Korea (Kia and Hyundai). That means we beat out the other 4 best apps and won a $100k trial run with either KIA OR HYUNDA!!! In four months this will be a multimillion dollar deal! Not to mention TWO MORE SIGNIFICANT ANNOUNCEMENTS still coming from the Asia trip!! For you newbies check out past PRs in Jan/Feb, already tons of revenue and contracts for the app.

Todays (4-19-17) PR ends with "CEO Berman concludes, “I’m also expecting to be able to provide several more key growth driving announcements over the coming days as we begin to propel the FMS Drive Safe App through the next levels of growth.”

Secondly, on 3-27-17 Mr. Berman announced ONCI is re-domiciling to Colorado and forming into a holding company. To summarize, besides the $100k trial run with KIA or HYUNDAI that could be worth millions in 4 months or less, we have two more significant announcements from Asia, a O/S share reduction, A/S share reduction, re-domicile to CO, and we're forming a holding company with spin off companies/divisions all due in the coming days. Q2 (Feb-Apr) fins are going to be huge!
