Of course the lawyers and judges in the hearing are referring to evidence. They are in argument about evidence heard, including -- yes, the slides, but also affidavits and oral testimony, documents, etc.

What I am referring to is the transcript of those arguments that was referenced in the last news release, that people on the boards are reading and expressing opinions on. That's difficult to do without seeing the evidence, even if you are an expert. This is why judges like to look at the evidence rather than just reading clever arguments and deciding on the basis of who gave the best speech.
