If they are under appreciated it is their own fault...way to many things they claimed over and over never came to fruition. Big deals, audits etc. Next month makes 4 years I have been in and it is the same thing year after year. Sub penny 4 years ago and sub penny today. Niger and other failed Africa deals killed most of it and now another audit not done. To much inconsistency from what they have said and what actually happened.
