Discovery is supposed to be completed by April 28. Ain't gonna happen! The Motion for Jury Trial won't even be heard until May 1 and the outcome of the hearing could have a significant impact on the Discovery subjects and process. It seems TAUG blew it, when it did not file the Motion for Jury Trial, probably extending Discovery for another 60 to 90 days! We shall see.
Reading the letter you posted, it is also a reminder that TAUG's legal team has not exactly been forthcoming with regard to Discovery! If this is the case, the judge is going to be most pleased!
LOL! This case could still be "in process" this time next year!
