It appears that you are looking for long potential here. To my eyes, that could be risky. I have publicly stated several times that I am more comfortable with the settlement/appeal play and the notoriety that the large (I believe) windfall would bring. Long term -- you will have to deal with KK's documented flights of fancy and the fact that there is no real governance for GERS. IF that would change (i.e. a real Board of Directors is put in place) I might be persuaded to consider a longer view.

So far no after hours dumping which is good and no filing of the 10K which is not so good. I am almost certain that from a fundamental perspective the 10K will be miserable and that doesn't matter to me -- it will not in any way impact the settlement/appeal play. But the OS count does matter and what I am interested in and if KK discusses the state of the litigation; particularly the mediation that is occurring outside the year for which the 10K is required to address.
