Its not 42 mill in cash its 20 million shares at 2$ plus 2.7 million in cash. They took more stock because once they prove it up its a multi billion dollar property which is already what they believe it to be based on the 5101 and the seismic and research that's already been done or they wouldn't have bought it. So paying 42 million most of which is in stock for something that's got multi billion dollar potential is a drop in the bucket.That doesn't even count the other 28 sections they already own and future deals that are just around the corner.The stock is way cheap!!!!!!!
