......yes, definitely............every one.............................

.....but, imo, if you get a certificate...........it will be STAMPED as not transferable...............for any reason whatsoever..........uwbi stock transfers are 'blocked'.........imo.....

......but, yes............how much do you want, p/s....????.....we can still make a side, contractual agreement................

......why would you sell for 30 pennies per, to me, when a guaranteed $2-to -$3, per, is in the mail.................??????
