i think I mentioned earlier how finicky and faulty interlock devices can be..at least they're not installing bad devices in customer vehicles like some companies do. yeah they could of and should have warned us all that around 700-900 units got returned for repairs..i think they were mis-calibrated and not a parts thing. nevertheless..things are clearer now. its gonna take another full quarter or two for good numbers to start getting noticed...then maybe some decent financing can occur..
