$CDNL IS A BIG SURPRISE ON THE HORIZON?

I certainly believe more than one surprise is in order for this quarter! Do I have inside information? NO! But I do know how to stay up to date with my DD and where to look. If others don't believe something will happen this quarter, I can't blame them, since this past year has been extremely frustrating and very disappointing. However, a good portion of the blame has to do with getting finance approval at a time when the EXIM Bank was in disarray. That's always the risk you take when dealing with these types of situations.

Well things are rapidly changing now and I sincerely believe this is the time when CDNL will finally get their foot in the door with their revised proposal for an initial contract to begin work in Cameroon that will be under the $10 Mil initial limit to make it happen this time around w/EXIM Bank. The previous proposal of close to $40 Mil to complete the entire Cameroon Project was a bit more than the EXIM Bank was willing to approve as they were getting their house in order to move forward behind the new administration's clean water initiatives. I believe the probability for approval this time around is now far greater! You are also seeing other countries ramping up their efforts to support clean water initiatives, including alternative financing solutions. You can Google it.

CDNL has positioned itself to address this rural area niche with a viable solution that has resulted in a signed contract, but lacked the financing approval required to move forward. That is what has been the whole problem for a few years now and much of it was due to the problems w/EXIM Bank and the funding available. To add to the problem, KJ hasn't managed the situation very well either.

Thus the stock remains stagnant at this strong bottom until something worthwhile happens to create buying interest. Until then, you will have a few who lose patience and throw up their big sell orders at an area they want to get out and the buying has dried up until interest can be created with something meaningful.

I have slowly added shares close to the $.003 bottom area and it takes awhile to get my buy orders filled as I wait for those willing to throw in the towel for a loss. I think a great opportunity may very well come about this quarter, but I can't guarantee it, nobody can! I just base my opinion from MY OWN DD. I can tell you that if I was to move on, I would actually move on, otherwise it would be a complete waste of my time!

Come the end of June we will know if CDNL has finally made enough meaningful progress to attract some heavy buying to drive the share price back up.

BTW - No Diluting has been taking place for a long time to bring the value down, which is why the stock has been holding strong at this bottom and not going lower. I believe this is why so many are willing to hang onto their shares this long. It would suck to sell just before something was to finally happen. Maybe that's why it's so hard to walk away from after selling out. After waiting this long and to finally sell at this bottom may cause one to stay engaged, as to not miss a big move behind a major development. I guess we shall see soon enough. Cheers!
