yes, there appeared to me that Debt holders, (can't remember the term,)are responsible for the Crash in PPS as of the last few days! That's another thing we have do deal with in this arena! Hopefully, if we win the appeals, there will be, at the very least IMO, a gradual awareness of the Companies potential, and a slow increase in PPS value as a result, Maybe, could be, all conjectures however, at least to me!

Remember, that "Win" would go down in history as one of the largest settlements EVER in the P-Stock arena! It is bound to attract much attention, but the outcome is still an "IF," and not a given! Then the second alternative mentioned, which is the intent of K.K. and attorneys as to what to do after the final verdict? Yes we could be thrown-out of any potential gains if they chose to do so? That has happened to me with a couple of other Stocks, Ener1/Enerdel in particular! They deal in Electric car Batteries, and were sold-off to a Billionaire Russian entrepreneur! Now private, but still digging it in to me, as they continue to email me the latest news, which of late has been a sizable contract with one California Transit line! Thanks a lot Pals??
