Your right on...
Was aware of the restructuring but the shareholders
got the shaft. R/S was 1-2000 per share ratio.
The only way to bring your avg down was to buy the
new shrs a couple of weeks ago when the price was
in the .20s range. Since it has doubled they have opened
a new office in Calif.
Also they have their financing thru Knight Capitol who
now has 22,500,000 shrs and are a market maker in RBNW.
