Ms. Claire Singleton has been a Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Direct Equity International, Inc. since January 10, 2007. Ms. Singleton has over 25 years in public company business administration. She was founder of Direct Equity International where her daily business involved interfacing with attorneys, accountants and regulatory agencies for public company compliance. For the past ten years, she has been a Manager and a Member of a private company JHCRPN L.L.C. (doing business as Global Aquafeeds, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah) which is a brine shrimp company that harvests, processes and sells brine shrimp internationally. Ms. Singleton was the founder of Global Aquafeeds, a food export company that she started from the ground up and raised operational capital for launch and expansion. She served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Tenguy World International, Inc. (now CMK Gaming International, Inc.). She was Founder of RA Johnson & Company where she managed underwritings, reverse mergers and trading rooms. She served as the Compliance Manager to the SEC, NASD and state and federal agencies. She serves as Chairman of the Board at Tenguy World International, Inc. She served as the Officer and Director of Electro Brain International, Corp. where she raised initial capital, completed a reverse merger and managed sales of $20MM. She serves as Director of Exlites Holdings International, Inc. Ms. Singleton has been a Director of Cyberworld Studios, Inc. since February 2014 and Direct Equity International, Inc. since January 10, 2007. She served as Director of Life Design Station International, Inc. until August 2010. She served as a Director of Shikisai International, Inc. since July 13, 2007.
