I would love to see the full clip, they cut off the end when he was asked how that was legal, and I want to see the full response.

And I feel sorry for the guy, he inherited the mess. But I've never seen a government official fall on their own sword is such a manner before. And his mea culpa on behalf of PR just gave a biggest leg up to bondholders and monolines possible. I just don't know where you go from here when the Governor admits what essentially amounts to fraudulent inducement.
