How do you know if they were included in the balance sheet or not when it hasn't been publicly disclosed and the public financials aren't itemized ?

Pathetic

Some of you say, that Atlantic has not paid some of the contractors they hired, seems to me that this is good for the company. Not very good business ethics, but when it comes down to it, the balance sheet looks better.
