In the land of pink sheets, the story tends to be what could have happened, instead of what did happen. What happened is this money losing, money burning company was put out to bid for the entire world to bid on because it no one would dare finance this with a ten foot pole! ONLY two bids were received that were serious. And that's after nine damn months of bidding! lol The company is lucky that they got a decent bid.

The sticky has been up for months telling everyone ahead of time why 2x sales would be a reasonable price. And that's around what it sold for, bringing the pink sheet dreams of $500 million to its knees!
