Yes, there is fear is in the Infringing Co's Management! They know full well, through the experience gained by their Lawyers no doubt, that it would be a tough go to go against Valid Patents, and the slithery way they went around avoiding their Royalty payments! Yes, K.K. & Rep's will no doubt concede something, maybe a few things, just to get things over with!
But, K.K is probably foaming at the mouth with anger because of what the Infringers did to him, and his Company over the years! To avoid all those Royalty payments for all those years, and put GREENSHIFT Inc. at risk of Business failure? Why should Gers give one good D--- about them? Those Co's should be held accountable for all that is owed, then damages sustained by the Gers Business progress! Their actions stopped the progress of Gers on all fronts IMO, which is a horrible ordeal for any Company, but especially so for a Penny Stock who has to go through so much as it is, without those added pressures! Maybe those Companies thought that GERS would just fold-up, and leave the Business they worked so hard to sustain? I don't know, but the next few weeks will let us know where GERS stands, and I hope they stand-up to the assaults by those uncaring few who will still try to hurt us!
