Did you/the company actually retire the 2,5M shares or simply return to treasury? BIG difference.

First off, retiring, or returning to treasury is the exact same thing. How does one return shares to treasury without retiring them? Not sure I follow your logic.

If you read our filings, we have a big shareholder vote looming. I'm not going to retire my shares until I have a chance to vote. But once my vote is cast, I will retire the shares as I've promised.
