I consider both of you gentleman to be correct. I would like to say, often times a CEO may have a better opinion then he can reasonably say about a case or circumstance. In many cases a CEO's legal responsibility & potential liability will keep his mouth shut.
As investors we are free to say much more. The SEC rules put a big damper on too much guesswork.
