The point again is opinions on message boards as to timelines do not have more weight than the company/ceo commentary in their annual report


Change the subject all you want, your initial comment was it would take the normal period to hear this case at the CAFC and likely be completed this year (paraphrase)- despite the company commentary that suggests otherwise (ie not this calendar year).

Only when challenged on that, you change your comments to now say "well Wifi-one causes this timeline to be outside the norm".

Changing your comments / adding qualifiers after being challenged fools no one.
