I would only take possible exception to the patents
Since its my opinion the management (and I use that term loosely) at UBIQ never set out on a course of action to legitimately commercialize. The IP was the primary tool used as leverage to entice investors
In that spirit, I'd suggest the value of the patents is yet to be known, although they could be completely worthless as you suggest.
However, I'm wondering what else SCM could be after? They will never recover $$, the UBIQ shell is worth less than nothing literally.
Is it a criminal investigation for revenge and justice?
Im kinda leaning towards the patents either as value or to save face with whomever SCM buried in this POS
