Good question, 'where's the link'...... There's no link because mgmt has never said anything about up-listing.

Actually over a year ago we were down-listed from QB to PINK since we were not able to maintain the 1 cent requirement to stay QB. This known by many who have been following this company and knows the background well.

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
