Sorrento Therapeutics Prices Stock Offering

Sorrento Therapeutics (SRNE) announced Thursday that it has priced a public offering of stock at $2.00 per share.

The biopharmaceutical company said it will offer about 23.625 million shares in the offering. The underwriters have the right to offer 3,543,763 additional shares at their discretion.

All shares in the offering are being sold by the company. Sorrento said its CEO is purchasing shares from the offering.
