They tried to quietly reverse merge, and the stock rallied more than 100x. I think that caught them completely off guard and didn't want it. I'm betting they thought they could reverse merge and quietly buy up all outstanding shares. The the stock rallied so hard it got too expensive to buy up the O/S, so they are staying quiet until it pulls back enough.
It makes no sense at all to have a real company, legally reverse merge and then do absolutely nothing. This company is not looking to dilute, they are looking to buy back shares. Once they buy back enough of the O/S they will go current and communicate. Then they can reap the reward of a major rally. I'll keep buying on the way down until that happens.
