Clarification about Nasdaq De-Listing and recent 8K

Thanks for the email. We are not being delisted and we are not moving anywhere.

It was determined that Bruno Wu was no longer independent so we just need to reshuffle and/or add/subtract Board Members.

If you read the 8K in full it says:

"the Company can rely on a cure period allowing the
Company to regain compliance by the earlier of the Company's next annual meeting of stockholders and March 31, 2018; or, if the Company's next annual meeting
of stockholders is held before September 27, 2017, by September 27, 2017.”

So there is both time and nothing at all to be concerned about.

Subject: Regarding NASDAQ Delisting

Good morning,

I read that WCST will be delisted from NASDAQ until you comply from this 8-K I read here: http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=11992932.

I assume you will move over to the http://www.otcmarkets.com once the delisting takes place?

My questions are:

1) When will you move from NASDAQ to OTC (I assume you are going to the Over the counter market?) so basically do you have an exact date of when the de-listing will take place?

2) When do you anticipate being re-listed back on NASDAQ?
