More importantly, scam company STOY has failed to file its 2016 Sept 30th 10Q, which was due with the SEC 5 months ago Zig, I have about $6k invested in STOY, but I'm not willing to add to that or even recommend STOY to my trading friends when I'm not sure who is running Spiral Toys or where they're located. Due diligence would say stay away. A PR from the company would be the proper thing to do, knowing that investors have put hard earned money into this business. IMHO.
