Quick summary, from an email exchange with DNI's CEO:

Rig cleared Customs last week, and is en route. Should arrive tomorrow.

JV Partner Cougar's drilling crew arrived a few days ago.

Madagascar crew already organized.

"Drilling should commence before the end of the week."
