All right, here's the scoop.

Just got off the phone with the CEO and several things of note.

1. none of the people charged have any management roles in this company, they are strictly shareholders of common stock.

2. The company is not complicit in any way to any illegal stock manipulations

3. The company lawyer has been informed and there will be a press release within a few days to clarify and protect the company.

4. Testing is proceeding as expected and results will be presented in a press release sometime in the near future ( my guess is 4 weeks)

I see no harm no fowl.
